Your Macromeals diet plan is designed from scratch by Dr Vishnu, after a thorough consultation, and is prepared lovingly by our expert chefs so you don’t have to sacrifice taste for achieving your health & fitness goals. Macromeals are optimized with the right amounts of protein, carbs and fats to meet your needs and goals, and seamlessly delivered right to your doorstep. Follow the plan we agreed upon and achieve guaranteed results!

Based on your consultation, your meals will be personally designed and portioned by Dr. Vishnu Goli to get you to your goals and keep adjusting as per the regular weight/measurement check-ins.
Your diet is designed to include foods you crave for, to have them work for you and not against you. This allows us a chance to show you that a healthy and sustainable diet has a reasonable amount of yummy treats, so that you can achieve your goals without sacrificing on foods that you love.
Your diet will be evidence based and completely backed by science. More importantly, it will be tailored for you and your preferences, while accommodating your lifestyle to make it simple for you.
With Macromeals, ALL your day’s NUTRITION is COVERED and curated to your goals and preferences. You would receive a lunch, dinner and snack meal everyday along with a protein shake as breakfast. Two hydration drinks are also included as fillers in between meals.

Hunger is a physical sensation. A dip in physical energy or mental alertness. Let’s wait until you feel that to start having your Macromeals.
Hunger is not an emergency. It comes and goes. So there is no need to push the panic button.
EAT ONLY WHEN HUNGRY
EAT SLOWLY.
CHEW THOROUGHLY.
EAT WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS.
EAT TILL SATISFIED. NEVER STUFF YOURSELF.
Nothing as such. Please follow the instructions on the nutrition labels to know what to eat for lunch, snack and dinner.
It’s always good to have an eating schedule/routine and to put in efforts to eat mindfully without distractions. So we recommend you figure that out yourself in a couple of days and stick to it most of the time.
Through the plan we’ll show you a sustainable, and enjoyable way to get healthier, more energetic and most importantly, happier! You are never going to feel like you are on a diet, even for a single day from now.
For this, we require your honesty, patience and commitment to ensure that we can get you to your goals in the safest and fastest way possible.
Please make sure you are following our habit tracker and submitting your daily check ins and monthly sheets to Dr Vishnu during your monthly consults. This helps in developing healthy habits to get lean and stay lean.
The plan is designed to provide you with as much food volume, variety as possible according to your preferences, all this whilst getting you the results that you seek. If you happen to eat food that's unplanned, it is going to delay your results proportionately. So talk to Dr Vishnu on how to stick to the plan better.
Everyday you don't need to eat anything on your own, unless when you are stranded outside, away from your Macromeals, then please have a fist sized serving of fruit, sure !

Once you start your meal subscription plan, you will have the opportunity to chat with him directly to discuss any updates or modifications to your food preference and we will try to accommodate such changes wherever possible.
Yes!
Upon delivery of all your days Macromeals at once between 11am - 1pm, Your meals should be stored in the refrigerator where they will stay fresh until you're ready for your meal. Heat & enjoy!
Yes, all our macromeals are conveniently packaged in microwave safe containers, all you have to do is reheat in the microwave for 60-90 seconds depending on your microwave and enjoy !
Yes you can! (For a max of 5 days a month if you want guaranteed results )
The plan works best when you remain consistent with it, and so we encourage you to not pause your subscriptions.
But we understand that life sometimes is not by the book, and that you might need to pause the plan as per your obligations.
Please cancel your Macromeals the day before by 8pm. Late cancellations are charged in full.
Please consult Dr. Vishnu to understand what you can do to maintain your progress while still on the break.
Yes. We deliver all days of the week, and you certainly wouldn’t want to miss out on your Macromeals on Sundays and Festivals.
Whole of Hyderabad. Delivery charges are applicable for areas that are more than 5km away from the Kitchen..
All your meals for the day will be delivered between 11 am - 1 pm, depending on your distance from the Kitchen.
